Tsinelas.org - Articles The Bisdaks like Maria Cacao, Leon Kilat, Carmen Rubia and Kan the agta arrived at the school with us and were welcomed with a special place in the reading center.Undaunted that the association did not have a centavo to its name when it consulted the Lut-od community last summer, the core group of eight professionals dipped into their own pockets and approached “friends and friends of friends.”
They met when they volunteered for the same city official seeking reelection. Though their candidate failed in his bid, friendship bloomed between the two.
